DO NOT alter these graphics in any way or make anything else with them(ie.-stickers, cross stitch patterns, recipe cards, etc). They are to stay as is.
Any graphics used in email signatures or forums (message boards) must be linked back to this site, http://cccreationshome.com
You can use the outlines, bases, and tubes for your signatures, websets, portals,....etc. for personal or for profit. Once you are no longer a member of my site you CAN continue to use anything you have saved from member's area for profit Unless specified. Though you may not make new graphics for profit. (you can only sell what you've made while a member of my site.)
Only my lifetime members with tube license may make tubes. I am only offering a tube license to those who have lifetime memberships.
Special License Terms
Only regular license holders can buy one. You may only slightly modify the outlines, but even then it is still my outline. All other regular outline terms apply. Please keep the characters names if they have them. Please treat them with special care and love, and make sure to have fun with them.
You can use my tubes in mix with tubes from other sites but you may not recolor them. If you want a different color please use my line art or ask me first.
Do not use any of my dolls or creations from my dolls section of my site for profit, except those things found on the following pages: Props, animal props, bases, props bases, and wings. (If you have a specific doll or project in mind, you can e-mail me and we can discuss it).
You can slightly modify my outlines, but it is still my outline. You can not offer it in your member area as your creation. And you must still give me credit when it is used.
Do not use my lineart, bases or tubes in blank siggy packs/bundles. Tags can be made for your membership area, for your members to add their names only. Not to be shared or passed around to others.
Do not share (pass around) these graphics in any groups or forums.
If the site/page that you are keeping your graphics on is password protected, you must send me the login and password info if I request it. Only to check that you are following my terms. If I like your graphics I will purchase a membership.
The page you plan on keeping your ordered item,
you must have "no right-click" and "toolbar disabled";

Do not share your log in information with anyone.
You must post your membership logo on your site within 7 days of your membership approval, or before you use any of my graphics, which ever is first.
I require all my members to sign up for my Yahoo updates group... I'm the only one to send mail through, so about 2 times a month at most. This is so I have a way to get ahold of everyone if I need to.
Membership trades: I am open to some membership trades, however, I expect to recieve equal privilages that you recieve here. Also please note that I will be checking up on your site, and asking around. If I don't feel comfortable offering your wares on my site I will not trade with you. And harrassing me will not change my mind.
If you are found bad mouthing me or any of my members I will ban you with no refund.
Anyone found breaking these terms will be subject to removal from my membership area with no refund.

You may not use any of my link ware props or bases for profit or in a paid membership area unless you are a member of my site or have traded memberships with me.
That means no sig tags, layouts, or anything else may contain any of my graphics if you aren't a member of my site. I feel it is only fair that if you offer these things and get some kind of payment in doing so, I deserve to get paid as well. If you want to create something for a free membership area that is fine. Send me a link I'd love to check it out...
